Old pre-teamers practice is 2 hours long.

Old pre-teamers practice is 2 hours long

New pre-teamers practice is 2 hours long.

Prep Novice works out for 3 hours on this day.

Optionals practice for 3 and a half hours on Monday.

All levels practice for 3 and a half hours on Tuesday.

New pre-teamers practice is 2 hours.

Prep Novice practice is 2 hours on Wednesdays.

All levels practice for 3 and a half hours on Thursday.

All levels practice for 3 and a half hours on Friday.

This will be a short practice for the optionals before the meet this weekend.

Parent Viewing Night

4th day group practices Saturday for 4 hours.

Optionals practice this Wednesday for 2 hours in preparation for Atlanta Crown.

Levels 4-6 practice this day for 3 and a half hours.

This will be a short practice for the compulsories in preparation for the Atlanta Crown meet.
